Complete all necessary forms, documents, and paperwork.

List information about your property on websites including: Realtor.com, MLS, the Keller Williams web page, my personal webpage, and other available web sites.
Prepare a professional color graphic sheet with photos and information about your home.
Mail "Just Listed" postcards to your neighbors and surrounding areas.
Fax or mail the graphic/information sheet to Dallas real estate offices.
Hold an open house (to the public)/(to area real estate agents) at your home.
Continue to review your competitive market position.
Follow up with agents on their customer feed back on your showings.
Regularly talk with you, so we can review our position and make strategic and tactical adjustments as necessary.
